Simply RSVP for any Golden Circle event, attend and check in by scanning the QR code on-site. Your membership is activated instantly with no fees or complicated registration.

Terms & Conditions

Golden Circle Membership Programme

By participating in Golden Circle, you agree to the following key terms: Membership is free and activated upon on-site event check-in. Points are earned at S$10 = 1 point on completed trips, redeemable at 10 points = S$1. Points are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

1. Membership

Golden Circle membership is activated upon successful on-site check-in at any official Golden Circle event.
Membership is free and tied to your registered mobile number.
Each mobile number may only be associated with one membership account.
WEBUY reserves the right to modify membership terms with reasonable notice to members.

2. Points System

Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per S$10 of completed trip value, rounded to the nearest whole number.
Points are credited only after trip completion and full payment settlement.
Redemption rate: 10 points = S$1, applicable to future bookings.
Points are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
Points from transferred group bookings will be recalculated: deducted from the original contact and credited to the new contact upon trip completion.
Only orders placed after the programme launch date (23 January 2026) are eligible for points accumulation.
Points are awarded to the primary contact of the booking only.

3. RSVP & Events

RSVP is subject to event capacity. No RSVP is allowed within 24 hours of event end time.
RSVP confirmation does not guarantee membership activation — on-site check-in is required.
WEBUY reserves the right to approve or decline RSVP based on event criteria.
Events may be cancelled or rescheduled at WEBUY's discretion with reasonable notice.

4. Redemption

Redeemed items are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points used for redemption are non-refundable.
WEBUY reserves the right to modify the redemption catalog and point values at any time.
Redemption of travel vouchers is subject to booking availability and blackout dates.

5. General

WEBUY reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via SMS or on-site notification.
All decisions by WEBUY regarding points, membership status, and event eligibility are final.
WEBUY reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misuse or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
